To ensure the continued performance, security, and reliability of your services, we will be performing essential system updates on the Nevis Portal. This planned maintenance will require a short period of downtime.

The following services are affected:

• Nevis Portal functionality (Software Downloads, User/Partner Management)
• Authentication Cloud & Nevis ID Management Consoles
• Access to Nevis Support Portal
• Access to Nevis Academy

Maintenance Details

• Purpose of the maintenance: Major upgrade of the underlying platform infrastructure and core software components of the Nevis Portal to improve security, system stability, and future integration capabilities.
• Scope and Impact: During the maintenance window, access to the Nevis Portal and its associated management consoles, support ticketing, software download area, and training portal will be temporarily unavailable.
• Implementation Plan:
  • Upgrade the hosting platform cluster and ingress routing infrastructure.
  • Upgrade core platform components and software management services to the latest supported versions.
  • Reconfigure traffic routing, re-deploy service definitions, and cut over live traffic to the upgraded components.
  • Perform system verification and resume full operations.
• Rollback Plan: If severe deployment issues occur during maintenance, traffic will be routed back to the restored configuration and pre-maintenance snapshot state before the maintenance window expires.
• Validation Plan: Automated health checks, system integrity verifications, core authentication flows, and end-to-end portal login checks will be conducted before opening access to users.
