After closely monitoring the service, we are pleased to announce that our operations have returned to normal. The issue has been successfully resolved, and our product is functioning as expected.
Cause:
The incident was caused by a synchronization mismatch between the application’s connection pool and the database server. The application attempted to reuse idle database connections that had already been closed by the database infrastructure due to network timeouts.
Resolution:
The affected service pods were restarted to flush the stale connections and immediately restore connectivity.
We have identified the cause of the recent service disruption and are actively working to restore full functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving the issue.
